Processing & Records

All card requests are securely recorded with member details and order information.
Each request is reviewed and processed by administration prior to completion.
The system maintains order history to help prevent duplicate requests when applicable.
Members receive confirmation after submission and are notified when their card is ready for pickup.

Card requests are processed through the following steps:

Received – Order has been submitted
Processing – Order is being prepared by administration
Ready for Pickup – Member has been notified
Completed – Order has been fulfilled and closed
